All About Crabs
One morning me and my wife decided to eat in Dampa (seafood fiesta) at Macapagal highway. While shopping for the best crab and the restaurant for paluto our crabs we come up to idea that we just cook it ourselves. You know why? Oh man the price of paluto your crab is expensive. So what I did was to just bought 4 kilos of crab and we cooked it. Yes, you heard it right. We do it ourselves.
For the first dish I cooked the Crab in garlic and butter with lemon juice and spiced it with green chili.
First my wife boiled the live crab for about 5 minutes and set aside. She divided it to three equal parts.  
I prepared the sauce; first I melted 1/2 part of butter then sautéed about two table spoons of minced garlic. I then Add the crab claws first before the body that were cut from the middle. Add salt and pepper to taste. Finished up with 2 table spoons of lemon juice and green chili. 
Next dish is Sotanghon noodles with crab. 
Last Ginataang Alimango.
Voila! Best eaten with rice.
